Because tiered pricing is mostly a sales tactic. Agencies use cheap entry tiers to get you in the door, then upsell you into the "real" plan once you realize the cheap one doesn't work. We just sell the plan that works. If you need less, you don't need an SEO agency yet — you need a website and a Google Business Profile, and we'll tell you that for free.
What does the $999 start-up fee cover?+
Full SEO audit, technical remediation, Google Business Profile setup and optimization, schema markup deployment, aesthetic-specific keyword research, and the strategy buildout for your treatment menu. It's the foundational work that makes everything that follows actually perform — not a retainer padder.
Is there really no long-term contract?+
There's a 90-day onboarding commitment — that's the minimum window to complete the foundation and launch content. After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. No 12-month contracts, no auto-renewals you have to fight to escape. If we're earning the retainer, you stay. If we're not, you leave.
What does "territory exclusivity" actually mean?+
Once you're onboarded, we will not accept a competing medspa or aesthetic clinic within your protected territory. The radius scales up to 20 miles based on market density — tighter in dense urban markets, wider in lower-density areas. It's locked for the duration of your active plan. You're not competing against our other clients for our attention or for Google's.
Do I need a new website to work with you?+
Not always. If your current site is on a modern platform, loads reasonably fast, and isn't actively working against you, we'll work with what you have and recommend targeted fixes during onboarding. If your site is the bottleneck — slow, broken on mobile, or built on something that can't be optimized — we'll tell you straight, and we offer website design as a separate service so we can get it right before SEO goes live.
